Fee

My fees depend on the hours spent, the amount in dispute, and the complexity of the case. In some cases, flat fees or hourly rates can be agreed upon to simplify billing. In other cases, the fee will be based on the Lawyers’ Fees Act (Rechtsanwaltstarifgesetz - RATG) and the General Fee Guidelines of the Federal Chamber of Attorneys (Allgemeine Honorar-Kriterien - AHK).
